Communication, Support, respect and appreciation of employees
Listening to employees and treating them with respect. Making more ethical decisions that think about the patients in their trials as priority. Creating robust procedures and enforcing compliance so that there is integrity in the data they produce.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fully Paid insurance for family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The CEO and HR VP conspire to hide facts from candidates for employment and will fire employees without cause, no reason given. No consideration for staff. CEO has no connection to the daily life of staff. She jets off in her husband's private jet while throwing employees to the curb.
They need to contribute or offer matching into a 401k to be competitive with other companies.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management needs to stop mirco management and trust my coworkers ability to do their jibs
Meetings are not productive when there is an employee that takes over the meeting, speaks about things they have no knowledge about, are rude to others, etc

Management needs to support compliance and quality as well as give employees authority to do their jobs,

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They lie about what the culture is like and misrepresent the work environment. I was not assigned a desk to work, nor was my position announced when I was hired. HR does zero onboarding.
They need to let you interview with a variety of team members. Specific people don’t interview because an interviewee would never want to work there if they met those personal
