Every employee gets meaningful equity. We are all invested in the success of the company. The CEO is very concerned about the wellbeing of the people who work here.

The ability to earn a larger bonus based on my team's performance.

The medical, dental and optical plans offered are excellent. There are also a variety of employee benefits on offer, as well as bonus and commission opportunities.
