Not getting emotional or stressed out
They need to stop ignoring customers and start caring about them
Work harder and treat everybody the same
Being physically supportive, this company has an ideal of being a universal employer, they fail to be universal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent insurances, protection, medical, strong bonus, travel and more
We get 401k after having 1000 hours in.
Money money money money money
Paid vacation is great thanks

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We never get bonuses and we are treated poorly.
Cuz the seller its getting all the money
Leadship has suffer which trickled down. Now it being rebuilt and i sure thigs will get better.
Under staffed. Not enough hours wnd no air conditioning
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have Communication Skills, we work well together and we listen to one another.
Everyone works to stay on the same page during a project.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is always something a company can improve
It would be nice if the district collaborative team was interested in collaboration.

Need to stop caring only of themselves and need to start putting my effort into their job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get to listen to our own music
Love the outdoors and the sun's rays on me
It’s a very active and forward environment
Because of changes i can say, now its more positive then last few yrs.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Absolutely nothing at all needs change
Executives need to be open to different ways of thinking and understand that not everyone sees things the same way right away.
Consistency in enforcement of policies.

What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing and Socializing with my Coworkers
Working very very very hard
The jokes n laughter, horse playing
I think being able to do my job well and make my clients happy
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is particularly wrong and lots can be improved.
No communication. Better communication and more caring coworkers
Their was alot of openly untrust & separation of work teams. Which caused problems but teams have been switched, things are looking great.
