Mr. Michael H. Schwerdtman serves as Vice President at Match Group, Inc. and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until March 1, 2017. Mr. Schwerdtman has been Controller of IAC/InterActiveCorp since December 2004 and has been its Senior Vice President since September 2005 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, he oversees IAC's company-wide accounting and financial reporting. Mr. Schwerdtman previously served as Vice President of IAC/InterActiveCorp. from December 2003 to December 2004 and also served as its Assistant Controller. Prior to joining IAC, Mr. Schwerdtman served at Sony Music from 1993 to 2003, where he served in various capacities including VP, Finance of its U.S. operations from 1993 to 1998, as Chief Financial Officer of its international operations from 1999 to 2001 and as its Corporate Controller since 2001. Mr. Schwerdtman started his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1981 and served as its Senior Manager since 1993. Mr. Schwerdtman received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from St. Francis College NY, in 1981. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
