Mr. Neil I. Vogel has been Chief Executive Officer of Dotdash at IAC/InterActiveCorp since April 2013. Mr. Vogel served as the Chief Executive Officer of About, Inc. (formerly, About.com, Inc.) since April 2, 2013. Mr. Vogel Co-founded Recognition Media, LLC in 2004 and serves as its Chairman. He is also Venture Partner of FirstMark Capital, L.L.C. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Recognition Media, LLC until 2012. Previously, he served as the Chief Corporate Development Officer of Alloy Inc. (formerly, Alloy Media + Marketing), until March 28, 2003. He served as a key member of the Alloy management team. He served as Vice President in the investment banking group at Ladenburg, Thalmann & Co. focusing on the media, consumer and leisure industries. Mr. Vogel serves as a Member of Advisory Board at eSupply Systems LLC. Mr. Vogel has been Member of the Advisory Board of CampusU, Inc. since October 2006. He served as Member of Advisory Board of SmartyPants, Inc. He is a producer of the Webby Awards, the 'Oscars of the Internet', Internet Week NY and London, Netted.net and various other media properties serving the internet and creative communities. Mr. Vogel received a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 1992.
