Mr. Craig Stephen MacDougall, MSc., BSc. (Hons), P.Geo., has been Senior Vice President of Exploration at IAMGOLD Corp. since 2012. Mr. MacDougall served as a Vice President of Exploration at IAMGOLD Corp. since February 2012. He joined Iamgold n February of 2012. He served as the President of Continental Nickel Limited from November 2006 to March 31, 2011 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until March 31, 2011. He is a Professional Geologist with over 25 years of global base and precious metal mineral exploration experience with the Falconbridge Limited/Noranda group (now Xstrata PLC) starting as a project geologist in 1987. He held a number of senior management positions and served as a Manager of International Nickel & PGM Exploration from 2005 to 2006, based in Toronto responsible for Africa and Europe and prior to that, as Managing Director, Australasia based in Brisbane, Australia from 1999 to 2005. He served as Exploration Manager of Australasia, Noranda Pacific Pty Ltd., / Falconbridge (Australia) Limited from 1999 to 2005. As a senior member of the international exploration group, Mr. MacDougall has been directly involved with and managed exploration teams responsible for a number of advanced deposit evaluation programs ranging from resource delineation and estimation to feasibility studies for projects including the Kabanga nickel project in the United Republic of Tanzania, the Frieda River copper-gold project in PNG and the Lady Loretta zinc-lead-silver project in Australia. He served as an Executive of IMX Resources Ltd. He served as a Director of Northquest Ltd. from 2008 to April 1, 2012 and Continental Nickel Limited from May 2007 to March 31, 2011. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist (P. Geo) in the provinces of Ontario and Newfoundland and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM). Mr. MacDougall holds a M.Sc. degree in Earth Sciences from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1988 and a B.Sc. degree in First Class Honors in Geology from Mount Allison University in 1984.
