What do you like best about the leadership team?The Leadership team at IBISWorld is amazing, they are innovative and creative thinkers, they encourage feedback and suggestions from all levels of employees, they are inclusive, diverse and motivating!
What is the best part about your compensation package?The best part of the compensation package is the Health benefits, IBISWorld has great Medical, dental and vision coverage, they also have a generous time off policy as well, you can see they genuinely care about the staff!
What are some of the best things about your team?The team as a whole is very welcoming, we consistently highlight employees achievements,, we have team meetings every Friday which keeps everyone updated on the growth and areas where improvement is needed and everyone functions as a united group, helping wherever they can!
