Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
OTE is unachievable as the target does not match with market reality
Unfortunately they are very limited on their stock options offering, compared to other organisations I have worked for they come out bottom.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is the FORTE culture that nobody cares about
I love the culture here, everyone is striving towards the same goals and we all believe in the company's values: FORTE (Fairness, Openness, Respect, Teamwork and Execution)

You are being given lots of responsibilities, people value your opinion, you are treated fairly and with respect. There is a lot to be said for that!
