I love the culture here, everyone is striving towards the same goals and we all believe in the company's values: FORTE (Fairness, Openness, Respect, Teamwork and Execution)

You are being given lots of responsibilities, people value your opinion, you are treated fairly and with respect. There is a lot to be said for that!
