We need clearer direction and communication
Review from Engineering Dept
Listening to people with actual knowledge, rather than the opinions of people who have no knowledge but give answers they want to hear.
Review from Engineering Dept
iCetana and its leaders have no sense of purpose other than "To become a rich company". iCetana's Culture, Common Goals and Values have been decimated by egos and personal gains, its foundation staff have in fact long departed. A very sad affair indeed.
Promise options to come on but find ways not to give them and pay keeps getting cut because of poor sales performance
Review from Engineering Dept
As a foundation staff member, my stake in the company does not reflect, by any stretch, the effort, commitment and personal sacrifices I made since the company's inception. Worse still, unexercised options have since expired and not been extended.
Firstly, most need to re-assess their position and understand that iCetana is a tech company and not a mining or oil and gas gig. Secondly, decisions are made out of thin air, with no understanding whatsoever of the market space and technology sets, by clueless individuals.
Get rid of CEO and COO
Review from Engineering Dept
There is no culture. Leaders are encouraged to operate as dictators. For example, new staff members are hired without consultation and the team only finds out on the day the person starts. There is no safe place, nowhere to speak or be heard. iCetana needs true leadership.
'Open plan' style layout simply isn't working. Lots of noise and needless disruption

CEO and COO try to bully and they get rid of people that challenge their way of thinking rather than embracing alternative approaches
Review from Engineering Dept
All it would take is to re-assess your very reason for being. What is your true Vision aside from "to become rich?" When you have a sense of purpose based on true Values and Goals, success comes, has it did in the early days. when self-gain is above your very reason for purpose, you get failure.
- implement HR processes - pay reviews - longer-term career management
Review from Engineering Dept
Reduced sales lead time and greater partner network.
