Mr. Erik R. Olbeter, CFA, serves as Senior Vice President of ICF International Inc. Mr. Olbeter was Equity Analyst of Stanford Group Company, Research Division and Schwab SoundView Capital Markets, Research Division. He was a Senior Research Analyst and Equity Analyst at Pacific Crest Securities, Inc., Research Division. He was an alternative energy analyst, covering advanced auto and energy efficiency technologies; as well as advanced transportation industry. He covered government service companies and government technology policy at the Washington Research Group. Before entering the sell-side business in 1999, he founded and directed a prominent think-tank technology program that researched the effects of government policies on IT and telecom companies. Mr. Olbeter's fundamental work has received acclaim from Institutional Investor, Forbes and The Wall Street Journal. He received an honorable mention in Institutional Investor's 2008 All-American Research Team in the Washington Research category. Forbes ranked him as one of the top 10 stock pickers in the United States, and The Wall Street Journal acknowledged him in its Best of the Street award. He is a C.F.A. charter holder. Mr. Olbeter holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University; and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University.
