Review from Marketing Dept
Directly engaged with individual team members on both professional and personal levels.
I am aligned with their values
Emphasis on pursuing exciting projects, DEI
I appreciate their dedication to supporting clients and prioritization of good work
Compensating according to market rates
being human--but they can't corporate greed and need are more important
If you hire someone and make an agreement to provide a 40 hour work week be as true to your commitment as you expect your employees to be to there's.
Pay attention to what is going on
Good supporter and help for career growth
Base salary is competitive, but bonus and equity is below market.
401k, stock options, and PTO were nearly generous enough to compensate for the poor salary.
The benefits are nice, and healthcare options are greater than other companies
Fair benefits and great executive leave program.
The benefits are pretty great
This company is yet to address the increase in cost of living and use benefits and remote work 0emplacement of competitive pay.
I feel like I am currently paid below my going market rate, particularly as I am not eligible for an annual bonus. A path towards rapid advancement and promotion based on my skill set and experience would go a long way towards addressing this.
I know I am being paid an under-market rate for my years of experience and location. I am frustrated at the slow growth within the company.
Little to no appreciation for effort
No reward--it's a corporate entity living and enjoying revenue that comes from employees hard work
Good team bound and culture, easily available for any support, great knowledge and skillsets
Review from Marketing Dept
Collaborative, willing to jump in to help with problems. Congenial, open, and friendly. Highly competent within their sphere of experience
they are knowledgeable, experienced and helpful.
People were very good at their jobs. Were they nice? No.
Team is great. They all care about the work even the manager.
It's hard connecting over remote work
There is no trust. you don't know who is who--teammates go to HR and higher ups to complain and get noticed.
Improve accountability of work and world class service to clients and employees
Because of the competence and quality issue, competent employees may ultimately carry to load of less competent employees who are nevertheless paid the same or even more than the former. This makes workplace collaboration draining and difficult.
Hybrid shift, Friendly Environment, Work Life balance
Review from Marketing Dept
A focus on impactful work that has positive benefits for society. A broad base of technical and subject matter expertise to rely on.
Trust and appreciation are important to me.
Integrating DEI initiatives into projects
Attention to diversity and inclusion issues
Nothing --it will go down in history as a worst company
Clear and transparent achievement and performance benchmarks. Transparency overall would do this company some good.
be collaborative and not so competitive with each other internally. Lots of infighting.
HR are very good, explaining each and every thing, managed process of interview, showing each steps of interview being transparent.
Review from Marketing Dept
Transparency around the process and the endpoints. People were very open and upfront about the whole thing
Hearing from some senior leaders
The process is simple and onboarding was great
The number and diversity of people inspoke with
The person interviewed asked me about my dress--and if I am this formal everyday. Completely unprofessional
Clear, relevant and practical job requirements.
Work Life balance, Career growth, Great leadership, Healthy Environments
Review from Marketing Dept
Managing a great team and great co-workers.
Same things as the environment: positive change and a meaningful impact I can have. Plus the support I receive from across the company on diverse matters and domains.
Flexibility and trust are important.
All of ICF's work creates a positive impact. Knowing I put food on my table while helping the world keeps me showing up each day.
everything is wrong...they care only about money and not people, talent or work
No communication and obviously no concern at all for there employees.
It's mostly the customers and my hours
heavy internal politics - executives care more about their stock and position than the work. Loyalty is not valued, efforts are not appreciated. People who do right are thrown under the bus
a good deal of autonomy, bright people
Review from Marketing Dept
a clearer leadership vision and strategy.
