Mr. James E. Daniel III, also known as Jim, has been an Executive Vice President at ICF International, Inc. since September 11, 2017. Mr. Daniel has been General Counsel of ICF International Inc since October 2013 and served as its Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President until September 11, 2017. Mr. Daniel served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Serco, Inc. As general counsel, Mr. Daniel's duties include general corporate legal affairs, transactional agreements, employment law, litigation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance and reporting. He serves as Secretary of MATCOM International Corporation. He serves as Secretary of SI International Application Development, Inc.; SI International Consulting, Inc.; SI International Learning, Inc.; SI International Technology Services, Inc.; Bridge Technology Corporation; Shenandoah Electronic Intelligence, Inc; SI International Seit, Inc.; and SI International Zen Technology, Inc. He has more than 17 years of legal experience in the government and commercial services sector. He served as a Vice President at Serco Services, Inc. He served as a Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at Serco Services, Inc. Prior to Serco, Mr. Daniel served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of SI International, Inc. He served as in-house counsel for The University of Memphis. In this capacity, he focused on transactional and intellectual property matters, with particular focus on legal matters related to sponsored research, licensing and technology transfer. He is admitted to practice law under the Corporate Counsel designation in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee. He also has been a Member of the Association for Corporate Counsel since 2002. Mr. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, with majors in Finance and Management, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and a Juris Doctor from Memphis State University.
