I have only worked for ICF as a temp to hire through a staffing agency. I was hired to work a 40 hour schedule and after one week of training and 2 weeks of actual work they have canceled the schedule of all temp employees for the past week with no notice, explanation or pay during the holidays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Don't know I haven't worked there long enough.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No communication and obviously no concern at all for there employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If you hire someone and make an agreement to provide a 40 hour work week be as true to your commitment as you expect your employees to be to there's.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They could have at least played us for a half week being just hired an entire group of people and are not able to provide wor due to there own negligence and icomedence.
