What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is really responsive and very supportive upper management somewhat the same
1. They focus on things that matter to the company (no themselves) 2. Extreme customer-centric, 3. Respect and inspire work force. 4. Lead by Example.
Execution focused and results driven. Straightforward and not much corporate nonsense which is refreshing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical and the plan for retirement
It is fair based on my observation, and not on their arbitrarily imposed financial restraints. The Medical is as good as I have had. Most other compensations are in alignment with the industry.
Good salary and work life balance.
The commission levels are very fair and allow for uncapped success

Working as a team everyday
We all cross over to help each other when needed. We respect each other's abilities, and mentor if appropriate. We are all friends.
Open and easy to work with.
People very knowledgble and commited
We like each other and seek each others guidance frequently

There is multiple cultures and i enjoy to be part of them
Nothing is transparent. No one trusts management.
Constructive feedback. There is never negative consequences for sharing a descending or contrasting opinion. Good ideas are recognized and implemented.
