Underpaid below market average and very long work days. Employees are not paid equally in regards to taxes either.

I worked with another medical company 30 years prior to ICU. They offered me a fair compensation, and continue to work with and develop all of their employees. I judge them on two things: Not how they treat me, but how they treat the least of their employees, and two: Leadership focus & execution

Good overall. Nice people and not too political.

Medical and the plan for retirement

It is fair based on my observation, and not on their arbitrarily imposed financial restraints. The Medical is as good as I have had. Most other compensations are in alignment with the industry.

Health benefits cover almost nothing. It costs a lot of money out pocket to work here because the pay is way below market.

We all cross over to help each other when needed. We respect each other's abilities, and mentor if appropriate. We are all friends.

Nothing is transparent. No one trusts management.

Constructive feedback. There is never negative consequences for sharing a descending or contrasting opinion. Good ideas are recognized and implemented.
