What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part of my compensation package is that it is always improving, every year there are advancements whether its salary, full benefit coverage, 401k, phantom stock, etc. We even have ways to earn additional PTO days which is huge for work/life balance.

All of our benefits are great and the company pays for a great deal of them!

The best part about my compensation package is that I am able to make a base pay and commission along with full dental, health, and vision.

Health Insurance is free to me.

Fairly paid but we are all driven, so making additional based on performance is great.

They pay more than most companies do for the company contributions.

It's a much better value and better company contribution than what I have been accustomed to in the past.

They pay well above the minimum for the company contribution. Their benefits package is truly advantageous to the employee, and very unique this day and age.
