What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like I am always heard with the management team. If I have an issue or complaint I feel very comfortable voicing those issues and feel confident they are going to be worked through. They also always recognize your hard work and are sure to communicate that.
I love that the leadership team gives you knowledge about everything. They answer all of your questions and make you feel comfortable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is that it is always improving, every year there are advancements whether its salary, full benefit coverage, 401k, phantom stock, etc. We even have ways to earn additional PTO days which is huge for work/life balance.
All of our benefits are great and the company pays for a great deal of them!
The best part about my compensation package is that I am able to make a base pay and commission along with full dental, health, and vision.

The best things about my team is that it feels like a family setting. Everyone is amicable and is eager to learn more.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managers are understanding and flexible if there are emergencies, I very rarely leave work feeling stressed. Our team is always putting on fun events and making sure we are all communicating and getting to know one another.
Everyone in the company is positive! Its a peaceful environment. The company gives you snacks, water, and coffee. They have professional company outings to attend.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that my interview panel was diverse, informative, and thorough. I left the job interview knowing that if I received the offer I would accept the role in a heartbeat. I was able to have all of my questions answered and felt confident in the process. There was thorough communication all along.
