What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't overwrought or self-indulgent. It was clear, direct, and intended to get at the heart of who I was at the time.
thorough interview with good opportunities to meet people outside of your direct team
I liked that they were 1:1s and not group based. This allowed me to get to know each person at a deeper level and share different components of my experience that was relevant to each member of the team.
