I feel like I fit in pretty well because iU has a strong culture where the team likes one another and is very passionate about the work they are doing (iU does a lot of work in the University & Non Profit space). It also has a mentality that everyone makes an impact in the everyday work.

Ideas United has always valued my perspective, opinions, and me as a person. As a company, it's also given me unparalled flexibility in terms of the work I do, and how I do that work.

I have been able to grow my skills and develop my career at iU. At its core, iU is a passionate, fun, and caring group of people who love the work and it's a great environment to be in.
