Communication None Existent, No one takes responsibility pass the buck is the managers Vps way

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is good with good retirement plan
Stock option for several years.
Cash compensation and bonus eligibilty
Company matches 401k and have a chamve to buy stock in Idex
Annual bonus plan. They actually paid out at 160% of target bonus to every employee this year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not really sure i guess because peers in the same role earn more
Demoted when I asked about salary range
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good ideas and follow up
Work closely tigether to achieve a goal
Friendly, always helpful. Everyone works to make quality parts and make production
Great collaboration on problems. They don’t hesitate to bring people from outside the area of responsibility to help get a fresh perspective on a proble

People and a feeling of belonging
Everyone being helpful and nice. Company gives free wayer and coffee is an added plus
People are making products for helping people in the health and science industries.
