Mr. Daniel J. Salliotte serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Treasury at IDEX Corporation and served as its Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Treasury since February 2011. Mr. Salliotte served as Vice President of Strategy Business Development & Treasury at IDEX Corporation. Mr. Salliotte served as Vice President of Oxford Investment Group. He was active in evaluating platform markets, originating transactions and analyzing acquisition opportunities on behalf of the Oxford Investment Group. Most recently, Mr. Salliotte served as Group Vice President for SPX Corporation. In this capacity, he was responsible for merger and acquisition activity for the $1.0 billion Fluid & Material Handling Group. In addition, Mr. Salliotte gained direct operating experience as the Vice President and General Manager of a $50 million global business unit at SPX. Prior to SPX, he served as a Manager in the consulting group at Deliotte & Touche where he advised clients in the automotive, financial services, health care, manufacturing, retail and utility markets. Mr. Salliotte began his career with a boutique M&A firm that assisted Pacific Rim companies with entry into the US market, primarily via acquisition or joint venture. Mr. Salliotte has a B.A. from the University of Michigan and earned a M.B.A. with a Marketing and Finance concentration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
