Great salary and 401k program
fsa through the health insurance
Variable pay is very good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to have more benefits such as Gym Membership and Dental care . Discounts to various events etc
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work under some challenging conditions and still complete the work
Hardworking and very talented team
