Mr. Hauvn is responsible for the IEC Electronics manufacturing facilities throughout the United States. Mr. Hauvn is instrumental in leading lean initiatives to stabilize and improve IEC Electronics manufacturing processes, drive consistency across IEC Electronics facilities and advance IEC Electronics cost-reduction efforts. Mr. Schlarbaum has an extensive search, emerged as the ideal candidate to lead operations. He has distinguished 25-year electronic manufacturing services background and proven industry track record. Mr. Hauvn joined IEC in October 2014 as Vice President of Quality and Operational Excellence. Mr. Hauvn served as Vice President of Corporate Quality at Ducommun Incorporated.
