I live in an area with a high cost of living and other firms are offering much higher salary for the same job.

Great team work, great communication always looking forward to achieve goals

My team is a great group of people. They work hard, and they collaborate with each other for better outcomes.

Partnership, support, assistance and targeting
We help people. The work at IEM makes a true difference to people and building (or rebuilding) communities.

To many supervisors and standing around
