What needs to change to make the company culture better?Business needs to think about what a modern company acts like. Making people work in your way does not work. Its old fashioned and frankly rude. With people leaving fast and poor feedback on so many sites its about time to look in the mirro and figure out its an issue at the top of the business
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Respecting people, taking and acting on feedback. Listening and not getting emotional and lashing out at people. If you bring good people into the busines then just micro manage them, they wont stay. How many good people have to leave for the owners to get this? Beware the emotional tinder box issue
