I've been lied to about compensation and equity from day 1.
The leadership team does not care about their employees, we are just physical bodies all for show in that office (because they recently renovated the building), nothing would make me feel better, they've dug their own grave.

Get rid of nepotism and the CEO.
Leadership doesn't care about their employees, forced to be in the office when no one wants to be there, CEO is oblivious to what is going on, he is being immature about the resignations, he is not fit for this role, company turnover rate in the last 60 days Is insane, no one wants to work here....
