Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been lied to about compensation and equity from day 1.
The leadership team does not care about their employees, we are just physical bodies all for show in that office (because they recently renovated the building), nothing would make me feel better, they've dug their own grave.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nothing special. I feel like everyone is more worried about becoming your friend instead of getting work done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only positive thing was making friends with other employees through trauma bonding.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To build an actual culture. It has vanished.
Be more inclusive, send out surveys and actually make changes instead of ignoring it, offer a work/life balance
What did you like most about the interview process?
no pressure, easy-going, easy to get hired as long as you have a heartbeat and the willingness to be underpaid for the role you're interviewing for, everyone is friendly
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They will literally let anyone willing to come into the office of Easton, MD get a job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get rid of nepotism and the CEO.
Leadership doesn't care about their employees, forced to be in the office when no one wants to be there, CEO is oblivious to what is going on, he is being immature about the resignations, he is not fit for this role, company turnover rate in the last 60 days Is insane, no one wants to work here....
