Hiring Remotely, Firing the CEO, Showing respect to those choosing to leave, Fire the HR rep, Offering Hybrid options, pay your employees what they are worth
What did you like most about the interview process?
no pressure, easy-going, easy to get hired as long as you have a heartbeat and the willingness to be underpaid for the role you're interviewing for, everyone is friendly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The leadership team does not care about their employees, we are just physical bodies all for show in that office (because they recently renovated the building), nothing would make me feel better, they've dug their own grave.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership doesn't care about their employees, forced to be in the office when no one wants to be there, CEO is oblivious to what is going on, he is being immature about the resignations, he is not fit for this role, company turnover rate in the last 60 days Is insane, no one wants to work here....
