What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is very competitive based on my position and the market. I also get directly compensated based on company performance.
It is fair and there is plenty of room for growth.

The culture at the company is akin to a startup. Innovation and experimentation is encouraged and the company is very open to new ideas.
