Pay is horrible with base salary at only $42K and OTE around $60K which is a joke for The SF Bay job market.
Team is built on trust and collaberation
Work ethic is horrible in all the other departments but sales. It seems everybody is either on PTO of 'WFH' half the time. Nothing gets done, customers are complaining, churning and cancelling, all signs of mismanagement.
The people are great, poitive and collaberative.
