I love my manager and team and get excited to some to work and solve problems together.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work culture has gone downhill significantly. There doesn't appear to be a clear direction from our senior leadership and we are starting to nickel and dime our clients. The senior leadership team continues to hire their colleagues from previous companies rather than growing talent from within
