What do you like best about the leadership team?
How they put our people first and live our values.
They care about employees and actually listen but are still results/performance driven.
While upper management can leave you in the dark, lower level leadership goes out of their way to answer questions or address concerns I may have.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our Medical benefits (CDHP/HSA) are the best!
They offer competitive wages and twice yearly bonuses
Semi conductor pays well, I would not be making what I am in another company in this area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are highly innovative and partner very well with everyone.
One Team One Fight, we all work towards common goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My specific coworkers (shift) are great but the other shifts, which I don't interact with as much, are harder to get along with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here live the values and promote a positive work environment.
It's clear that everyone values trust and integrity and looks out for each other.
People are eager to work together and accomplish the impossible.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick feedback, supportive environment, and relevant questions.
Depending on position expect to get a mix of technical and interpersonal. We live by our core values and will expect you to do the same, know what they are.

What makes you most happy at work?
The great co-workers I have and the leadership team who listens to what TM's have to say.
Achieving what seemed to be impossible and setting the bar again.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The hours and shift rotations are extremely taxing. I understand why things are the way they are but it's hard when you have a family and don't see your kid for a week because you're always working.
