Incentive based. I get paid for what I produce
It is based on work performance. Work hard get compensated for it.
We have now have unlimited PTO.

We work hard and are high performers. We get things done and help one another.

Flexible, work from home and positive
Employees feel valued. We get together for charity and other celebrations to become closer as an organization.
