- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Others get paid 30k more the me on my team and I've been here the longest.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Would be nice to work 80 hours and be paid more than $500... Especially AFTER a promotion. They take too much out (I opted out of all benefits) and won't give me access to my paystubs to figure out why my checks are so low.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?By communicating, you might actually be able to understand what's going on. As soon as they leave the building, it's no longer their problem, even if it was brought directly to them.
