What is the best part about your compensation package?
All benefits. Company pays for healthcare
Everybody participates in the probability of the company
Compensation is generous for a company of this size. 401k match is standard and company assumes a generously large portion of massive health insurance premiums.
Health Insurance is fully paid for by the company as well as tuition reimbursement and a wonderful 401k plan that is above average

Dedicated and always willing to help and willing to learn.
team operates as a family - everyone supports each others efforts. Big picture in mind at the end of the day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like a family.
Lots of resources available. The ambassador program is really nice.
The idea that we are all on the same team reaching for the same goal.
Transparency at the company is great. Everyone is informed about how the company is doing and everyone has the same goal - and the entire team benefits when a company goal is reached or exceeded, not just the executives of the company
