Mr. MacNeil served as the Chief Financial Officer of Imax Corp. since September 2006 and also served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer since August 21, 2006 and Vice President of Finance, Tax and Special Projects since September 2001. Mr. MacNeil joined Imax Corp. in April 1994 as the Director of Taxation & Treasury. From October 1999 to August 2001, He served as the Senior Vice President of Digital Projection Limited, a former subsidiary of Imax Corp. Prior to Imax Corp. He served as a Taxation Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. for 7 years Mr. MacNeil served as a Director of Digital Projection Limited. from October 1999 to August 2001. Mr. MacNeil is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr. MacNeil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
