Benefits are decent And I think that the health insurance is pretty good
Our insurance is horrible and incredibly expensive

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company should pay their hourly workers their owed unpaid overtime during the pandemic. We are being forced to work beyond 8 hours without pay by our managers.
