The company has a toxic culture. I would also love to see our diversity and inclusion report... let's just say IMAX does not have a diverse workforce. We try our best to virtue signal on social media but it's very disingenuous considering my team is run by two middle aged Karens! Do better IMAX!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company should pay their hourly workers their owed unpaid overtime during the pandemic. We are being forced to work beyond 8 hours without pay by our managers.
