Down to earth, strong and engaging vision

He has zero technical background, provides no feedback or ideas of his own, and is a poor manager in general

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Was given a 5% raise and increase in my bonus my first year
It's fair only for the top performers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No equity stake. No logic in bonuses. Dutch highly paid over comparable others

People are generally nice and helpful
Smart, open, collaborative and fun
Similar backgrounds and views; smart
Like minded people; smart, trying hard to do the right thing

Short feedback loop and lot's of freedom
