Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher pay, more communication & less assumption that employees have all the time in the world to do what is needed "to get things done". Poor planning on others part does not result in emergency on the back end.

Competitive compensation based on geography, IMEG has multiple locations and averages salaries geographically which isn't fair for staff living in high cost of living cities. Benefits could be less expensive or cover more. RTO should be open for all and 'unlimited RTO' should be honored

Not compensated equivalent to my peers. Being compensated fairly based on geographic location. Cost of living is 25%+ higher where I live than where our headquarters is located.

I don't want to have to wait until my bonus to get the pay I feel is fair.
