We also integrate our sustainable stewardship within our design work, helping clients reduce their environmental impact and risk while maximizing value.

Beyond external community involvement, we also cultivate employee engagement within our internal community. In order to maintain and enhance a culture of positive employee interaction and connection to the IMEG community, we measure efforts regularly through surveys and other means – we like to keep a pulse on IMEG’s engagement and make sure people remain passionate and have fun!
