We have internships in paid media, content/social content, digital marketing strategy, design and development. As well as in marketing communications. We have paid opportunities. Develop a training agenda, meet with the intern weekly as a check in, and ensure both Immersion and the intern are getting great wins from the internship. Our goal is to keep interns for multiple quarters and set them up for great success in finding a job post-graduation. We do whatever we can to help them connect to other businesses for job opportunities - and when possible, would happily hire an intern.
