Inconsistent expectations and inconsistent SOPs so techs are set up for failure.
I was performing at a higher level than my peers but was told I couldn’t be promoted

We all have good teamwork.
Amazing coworkers. But they have an issue regaining the good employees.

Quality of the antisera has been an issue recently
A lot of infighting and ineffective management. Schedules are messy and unreliable.
