Mark A. Schlossberg — Senior VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Impax Laboratories

Mr. Mark A. Schlossberg, Esq., has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Impax Laboratories Inc. since May 2011. Mr. Schlossberg has been Corporate Secretary of Impax Laboratories Inc. since May 2011. He is part of the senior management team responsible for the strategic direction and financial condition of Impax Laboratories. He leads the legal team and previously had responsibility for the healthcare compliance team. He joined Impax from Amgen Inc., where he served as its Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Associate General Counsel and was responsible for the areas of corporate governance and securities law, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing and global operations. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Peripheral Stent Business at Medtronic Vascular, Inc. He served as Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel of Medtronic Vascular, Inc. since August 1999. He served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel with Diageo, PLC from 1994 to 1999, Associate General Counsel with RJR Nabisco, Inc. from 1989 to 1994 and as an Associate with Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon from 1985 to 1989. Mr. Schlossberg has more than 25 years of legal experience including more than 11 in the healthcare industry. He served as an Independent Director of ImmunoCellular Therapeutics, Ltd. since September 22, 2015 until August 15, 2017. He served as a Director of Angiologix, Inc. Mr. Schlossberg earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University. He serves as Director of Atlas Holdings, Inc.
