Mr. Michael J. Nestor has been President of Impax Specialty Pharma Division at Impax Laboratories Inc. since March 2008. Mr. Nestor served as Chief Operating Officer for Piedmont Pharmaceuticals in Greensboro, North Carolina. Mr. Nestor served as Chief Executive Officer and President of NanoBio Corporation. He served as the President, U.S. Branded Pharmaceuticals of Alpharma Inc. since February 2003. Mr. Nestor has almost 30 years of pharmaceutical company experience of increasing responsibility. Mr. Nestor also served as Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Human Pharmaceuticals, from October 2001 to February 2003, President and Chief Operating Officer of Faulding Pharmaceuticals in the Americas, from February 2000 to October 2001, as President of International Division of Banner Pharmacaps Inc. from 1998 to February 2001 and served as the Division's Executive Vice President from 1996 to 1998.
