Hires are for chemistry first, and are all undeniably technically competent as well. There's a strong engineering culture and we laugh a lot.

A good mix of in-depth technical questions and deeper free-form questions that dive into the way you conceptualize and solve the solutions to problems placed before you.

I enjoy making tangible contributions to the product regularly. It's very gratifying to help move ideas into production usage, and have helped to build a pretty cool product.

CEO is outstanding; aggressively competent, yet willing to listen to anyone at any time. VP of Product is brilliant and it's a pleasure to have him as a mentor and leader.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are no jerks or a**holes here that you have to work around or tolerate. We hire for culture/chemistry fit and have built a team of positive energy with amazing skills and experience.

Compensation is solid, and we're pretty transparent about it internally, which is great. Everyone is paid fairly and equitably and there are zero games being played. We hire great people and pay them solidly.
