Everyone is a team player and we work well together

Everyone is walking on eggshells, concerned that they will be next to get fired. It is very stressful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works very well together I don’t dread going to work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The owner needs to step aside and hire someone to run the company.
