The leadership team works daily to create a prosperous environment for all staff.

Leadership team needs extensive training. Terrible interpersonal skills. Terrible communication skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Benefits and 401k plan
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of care for their employees. Compensation is laughable for the amount of time and effort one puts in to their job.

There is barely communication amongst employees. The company does no team leadership, no team building. The leadership team needs training.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The nursing facilities do not like some of the employees. Probably a reason why In Touch Pharm lost some of their contracts. Poor work ethic and terrible communication skills.
