The best part is the bankable PTO--it allows me to enjoy my life and my family and to plan things accordingly. It is rewarding and fair to be able to work more hours at a certain point to receive PTO when needed. Nothing is more valuable than time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My only complaint is that we're all compensated differently for doing the same jobs - and while I wouldn't say I'm undervalued - the pay I receive unfortunately isn't a living wage for the state I'm in. I would suggest either paying all the admin a starting wage for 25.02 or giving us OT pay.

Personally, I took a pay cut to fill the role that I am currently filling. This is honestly the only not great part of my situation within incite. However, It was discussed that if I were to hit the ground running and be productive that Incite does not wait to for annual reviews to reward employees.
